1. How MSM study materials may be used.
Moriah School of Ministry materials, including PDF documents, MS Word documents, Web pages and on-line images are protected by the Copyright Laws of Australia. All rights reserved worldwide. When you access these materials you agree that:
- You may retrieve MSM's materials for personal use only.
- You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use only.
- Any copies that you make or print must include any copyright notice that appears on the original page or document as well as any logo or watermark that appears on any page of the original document.
- You may not send a MSM digital file or document to a third party and you may not charge anyone for such files or documents and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.
- You may not modify the information found in MSM materials without the express permission of Moriah School of Ministry.
- You may not sell MSM text books, MSM PDF files or related study materials for profit or gain.
- User names and passwords given to registered students to access MSM files may not be shared with any third party.
2. Plagiarism.
Definition: - to appropriate the work of another author (books, chapters, passages etc.) and pass it off as one's own.
Students are permitted to quote from the works of other authors in their written assignments although these must always be correctly referenced and credit given to the original author. We have detected instances where up to 80% of essay content has been copied from the works of other writers. The overused excuse "everybody does it" is not acceptable.
Non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions set out above may render the student liable to de-registration and forfeit any and all study points accrued.
